LinkedIn is just making me depressed. It is reminding me that I’m getting old, because as I browse through the list of former colleagues, I recognize the names ... but I can’t remember anything about the people. So I don’t link to them.

My Grandfather told me once that when he was a kid he could walk into a grocery store and walk out with a gallon of milk, a whole chicken, a loaf of bread, a newspaper, and a dozen eggs for a nickel.
Of course you did Grandpa, they didn’t have surveillance cameras back then…

I'm an IT security manager who has worked in various places around the world and in the US. If I told you more, well ... you know.
Strangely enough, I had a similar epiphany this weekend… at a social gathering of people I’d last seen at least 2 years ago, most of them remembered bits about me, but all I could generally remember was that they looked familiar… man getting old kinda sucks… :S
