2. With people I was more familiar with, I would go into their Outlook and fire off an email to their boss, “I’d like to request a pay decrease and less PTO days. Thank you.”
3. Just a side note, on your RSS feed entry titles that I click on to get to your site, I get to a default, blank template page instead of the proper link. Just thought you might pass that on to fix or just spruce up to look cooler.
